7. Cooling

There are several considerations to make in this section. The better the cooling that a system has the more stable the over-clocking. We also want to create a machine that produces the least noise possible.

I believe that every processor should be paired with an aftermarket fan, that is guaranteed to surpass the stock fans both in cooling ability and noise profile.
